I have to admit that I have been feeling a little bit down lately. It seems like the last few years have been peppered with loss. Plenty of good things that have happened and I try to remember this when sad feelings overwhelm me. Throwing myself into work is how I cope, letting creativity absorb the excess emotions I am feeling. The emotions seem to me overflowing lately.
