Autumn Leaves Are Falling?

I know it sounds strange that we are not even into Spring yet and I'm thinking about Fall. But that's what happens when you are looking to submit to magazines. And I have some fall-ish plans for these beads and clasp sets. It's funny but I've only designed one project with one of the ceramic clasp sets. Go figure. I really love them and should use them more often... As for the "Tiny Acorn" and "Oak Leaf" beads, I am super excited about them! If they were a bit smaller I'd consider them for earrings (yet another jewelry form that could use more attention!) The charm versions of these are perfect for earrings though so I won't quibble.

So... What season do you love most? How do the seasons effect your designs? Leaf, er, leave a comment and I'll pick a name on Wednesday to win a seasonally appropriate charm or bead!

GAEA, THESE ARE SOOOO COOL!! I JUST LOVE THE ANTIQUE ACORN!!
I LIKE FALL THE BEST BECAUSE IT HAS THE COLORS I LIKE THE MOST, IT'S NOT TOO COLD AND IT'S NOT TOO HOT, AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SWEATERS!! I AM SEVERLY AFFECTED
BY THE SEASONS, AT LEAST THE COLORS ASSOCIATED WITH EACH ONE, BUT THE FALL COLORS ALWAYS FIND THEIR WAY INTO MY WORK NO MATTER WHAT SEASON.

Fall is my favorite too. Like Sharon, I love the sometimes perfect weather it brings and the colors. I also love the smells it brings like apple cider, vanilla, and pumpkin!

As a native of Michigan, I'd have to say spring is my favorite season. We suffer through 6 months of winter and really get cheated out of spring; it's a two-steps forward, 1 1/2 steps back thing (as a friend said). By the time the tulips come up, summer heat is ready to annihilate them... But for those precious few weeks when 40 feels like t-shirt and short weather, you won't find a happier girl anywhere!

What beautiful components. I love your sweet acorn set. I love fall and all the fall colors. Unfortunately in southern New Mexico, the fall season is very short!

Now that I'm in So Cal every season is great- I saw my first Monarch butterfly of the year today! Having just returned from Canada and the frosty weather of my youth I definitely would say spring is my fave! I used to love seeing the crocuses peek out.

Thanks guys! I have to say the prospect of a sweater after some heinously hot weather is a great idea. I still love winter. Cold. Cold. Cold. Well as cold as you can get in So. Cal. And then their is Spring...
